ADCOLOR Futures is a unique program dedicated to identifying the next generation of leaders in the advertising, marketing, media, and public relations industries.

 Among the 30 futures that were selected from 300+ skilled applicants to participate in ADCOLOR Futures.

Participate in ADColor Hackathon, collaborating to create best practices against racial justice in today's advertising industry.

Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP) / 4As  

Chicago, Illinois 

One of 300+ selected fellows to participate in advertising fellowship to drive diversity and inclusion and learn more about the various disciplines in advertising. 

 

Participant of the program's first-ever Virtual Engagement Program, interacting with agency leaders, discipline-based training for diversity and inclusion, and participate in an agency related campaigns.

Aid in the ongoing process of Diversity and Inclusion Working Groups, committees, and councils that enhance the understanding and bridges differences up, down, and across the industry.

Residential Programs and Services at Indiana University Bloomington

Supervise, Train, and Evaluate a team undergraduate students, implementing all Campus Living Policies, promoting academic excellence, addressing student needs, and encouraging involvement. 

 

Assess the needs, outcomes, and implementation of RA programming based on Residential Programs and Services (RPS) Residential Curriculum model. 

 

Facilitate dialogues related to mental health, sexual health, diversity, and inclusion among students and collegues. Organize, interview, and selection process for RA/Graduate Supervisors.
