Still basking in the post-glow ADCOLOR Conference and Awards, as this conference experience feels like being embraced in a warm hug filled with incredible knowledge, passion, and community like no other. ADCOLOR feels like a Homecoming, a backyard BBQ, and Family Reunion all wrapped in one that you've been waiting ALL year for! Everyone excited to reconnect, recenter, and reminisce all while planning for the future! ❤️✨

Community is more important now than ever and ADCOLOR showcases not only the power that comes from community coming together but the magic and innovation that is truly brought together when you put the changemakers, dreamers, innovators, and creators all in one room determined to create a better future for ALL! ✨

This ADCOLOR hit a bit different than the rest, as this year may have been my 3rd year attending but it was my 1st year in attendance as apart of the ADCOLOR Advisory Board, a role that I kept close to my heart this year! I had the incredible opportunity to be apart of the FABULOUS Alumni Engagement team and lead our ADCOLOR Ambassadors this year! ✨

To be loved is to truly be seen as I so grateful to be also honored this year with the incredible Eternal Optimist Award during my first term at the AAB highlighting my superpower of shining lights even in some of the darkest moments. ADCOLOR has shown me the true magic and also resilience and resistance that follows when being in community and empowering one another as we rise together! 

Creating community and space for all is what truly what fuels me and what I call my superpower. I wouldn't be here without the support and growth of that superpower within the community I have within ADCOLOR! Excited to continue to Rise Up & Reach Back as we CTRL ALT LIFT & Grow TOGETHER! ❤️✨
